You can return an item within 14 days of purchase.
💳 Refunds
Funds will be returned to the same bank account used for the payment.
Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item.
📦 Item Condition
The returned item must be:

New, unused, and in its original, resellable condition

Packed in the original, undamaged packaging

Free of any signs of use (e.g. wear marks, hair, dirt)

Packed without taping the shoe box – the box must be placed separately into a parcel
Returns will not be accepted if:

The item has been used or damaged

The return form is not included
-
The return does not comply with these rules
Items that do not meet return requirements will be stored for 60 days if we are unable to contact the customer.

Steps:

Fill in the return form and include it in the package

Protect the shoe box additionally

Send via: Omniva, Venipak, or DPD
Important:

Shipping costs are covered by the customer

The buyer is responsible for the parcel during transit

We recommend keeping the shipping receipt

We do not notify separately upon receiving the parcel – please track your shipment using the tracking number

The returned shipment must be registered using the same contact details as provided in these instructions

Send only to the specified parcel terminals – otherwise, the parcel will not be collected

The buyer is responsible for incorrectly addressed parcels

If the 14-day return window is exceeded due to such an error, the return will not be accepted
