Return Period
You can return an item within 14 days of purchase.

💳 Refunds
Funds will be returned to the same bank account used for the payment.
Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item.

📦 Item Condition
The returned item must be:

  • New, unused, and in its original, resellable condition

  • Packed in the original, undamaged packaging

  • Free of any signs of use (e.g. wear marks, hair, dirt)

  • Packed without taping the shoe box – the box must be placed separately into a parcel

Returns will not be accepted if:

  • The item has been used or damaged

  • The return form is not included

  • The return does not comply with these rules

Items that do not meet return requirements will be stored for 60 days if we are unable to contact the customer.

📍 How to Return an Item

🛍️ 1. Return in Physical Store
Address:
Supersymmetry, Trakų g. 16, Vilnius

When visiting:

  • Bring the item and proof of purchase

  • Return is accepted only if all stated conditions are met

📦 2. Return via Parcel Terminals
Steps:

  • Fill in the return form and include it in the package

  • Protect the shoe box additionally

  • Send via: Omniva, Venipak, or DPD

Important:

  • Shipping costs are covered by the customer

  • The buyer is responsible for the parcel during transit

  • We recommend keeping the shipping receipt

⚠️ Attention!

  • We do not notify separately upon receiving the parcel – please track your shipment using the tracking number

  • The returned shipment must be registered using the same contact details as provided in these instructions

  • Send only to the specified parcel terminals – otherwise, the parcel will not be collected

  • The buyer is responsible for incorrectly addressed parcels

  • If the 14-day return window is exceeded due to such an error, the return will not be accepted

Received a faulty product?
If you received a defective or faulty item:

  • Email us at info@supersymmetry.lt within 30 days of receipt

  • Depending on the situation, we will offer a replacement or a refund
